How To Choose eMat

When planning your eMat layout ensure you cover as much of your free floor area as possible. Choose the closest size of eMat possible, but always rounding down, to the nearest size.

Step One

Select the type of eMat you require. For timber based floors use 90 Watts per m2, for concrete based floors use 160 Watts per m2.

If your floor consists of two types of construction, e.g. one half has a timber based floor and one half has a concrete based floor, each area should be controlled by its dedicated eStat.

Step Two

Select your required eMats to cover your free floor area. If your area is greater than 10 m2 use a combination of eMats.

Alternatively select one of our pre-packaged eMat & eStat kits covering up to 22 m2 for timber based floors and 21 m2 for concrete based floors.

Step Three

Finally select your eStat controller. A single controller can be used for up to 40 m2 of eMat 90 W and 22 m2 of eMat 160 W.
