- 04 - ARE THE eLine PRODUCTS EASY TO INSTALL?
Yes - we do provide an installation service, but most of our customers choose to install our heating systems themselves. If you select the products wizard on our website, you wil be able to look at the installation instructions for the type of floor you require.
We do provide an installation guide and wiring instructions when we send out your order, and our staff are always available at the end of the phone if help is required. A registered electrician will only be needed to attach the thermostat to the power supply.
- 05 - IS UNDERFLOOR HEATING EXPENSIVE TO RUN?
When installed to the specified guidelines, underfloor heating can prove to be an efficient and economical heating solution. The on-off cycling effect of the floor temperature-sensing thermostat means that heating is only when it needs to be, thus maximising your heating efficiency. The devimat tile warming system only uses as much electricity as a standard light bulb per square meter.

eLine have 99% of our products in stock 99% of the time and we offer a NEXT-DAY FREE DELIVERY service. If we need to order stock for you, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

- 10 - WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASES ARE FAULTY OR BROKEN?
If you have ordered an incorrect item, you are welcome to return or exchange it within our current trading terms and conditions. For returns, breakages, incorrect items or delays you would need to telephone us on 0845118 8888 and we will do our best to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.
