Delivery Information
United Kingdom Main Land Orders
The Elements delivery policy ensures that if a UK order is placed before 2.00PM it will be dispatched the same day and delivered to you within 24hrs - between 8.30AM & 5.00PM, via Interlink Express.
All consignments are traceable and for security require a signature on delivery; this guarantees the secure delivery and safe passage of your items.
This comprehensive delivery service is totally FREE OF CHARGE and there is no minimum order requirement. For a small fee you have the option of upgrading your delivery service to a before 9AM delivery, a before 12PM delivery or a Saturday AM delivery.
Our shopping cart defaults to United Kingdom, England & Wales next day delivery. If you require a special delivery simply change the Delivery Option as required. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. If you are not within England, Wales or Scotland you should follow the instructions below for international visitors.
International Orders
We try our hardest to provide our online customers with the most competitive shipping and handling no matter your location. Unfortunately this makes our shipping and handling calculations very complicated. If you would like to find out the shipping costs for your location please use our shipping and handling calculator built into our shopping cart. You can change your location by clicking on the "Change Location" link beneath the Shipping location within the shopping cart (pictured below).
You will then be redirected to another page where you will be able to choose the Country and Region you would like your purchase to be shipped to (pictured below). Click submit and you will be redirected back to the shopping cart where the new Shipping Charges will be displayed.
If we do not have any prices for your location you will be prompted. If this happens please call us on 01473 276677 and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation for Shipping your purchase to your chosen destination.

Damaged Goods
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.
In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail () or by telephone (01473 276677) within 24 hours of receipt.
